We are looking for a young professional looking to build and lead a team of fertilizer technicians that can service our approximate 100 commercial condominium clients; and help us develop with the help of our ownership and leadership, the processes, and systems to scale the business for explosive growth.

This position requires the candidate to be capable to diagnose and treat commercial properties for pest or plant nuisance problems. We use mainly granular products for fertilization with applications being administered with Z-spray ride-on spreaders.  Knowledge of this equipment and treatment options available for common pest problems is a must-have capability.

Winter Green II is always looking to expand our programs to cover more of our customer’s needs. We will give extra consideration to applicants with the necessary certifications and experience to expand our fertilization department into other areas such as tree or waterway treatments.

This position requires the ability to work full-time (five days per week, minimum of eight to ten hours per day) with extended workdays and weekend work when treatment applications require fast response or weather conditions permit.

Year-round, full-time position is available for persons with snow removal and ice management experience (or an interest in learning) during the winter season.

Position Requirements:

We are looking for a young professional looking to build and lead a team of Irrigation technicians that can service our approximate 100 commercial condominium clients; and help us develop with the help of our ownership and leadership, the processes, and systems to scale the business for explosive growth.

This position requires the Candidate to understand all aspects of installation and maintenance of various sprinkler systems, program irrigation timers, understanding to inspect and repair lines, valves and sprinklers on underground lawn sprinkler systems.  Lead a team as well as perform spring start-up and winterizations on sprinkler systems.

Winter Green II currently operates a more service/maintenance-based operation with minimal installations; and we are looking to expand our services and add more installations of irrigation systems.

This position requires the ability to work full-time (five days per week, minimum of eight to ten hours per day) with extended workdays and weekend work during the peak seasons (start-ups & winterizations).

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join a Lawn Maintenance Crew.  The lawn crew is responsible for the lawn maintenance efforts while providing excellent customer service that meets or exceeds the standards of our clients and management.  We service approximately 100 commercial condominium clients.

This position requires the candidate to be able to perform lawn maintenance services.  Work includes lawn mowing, edging, weeding, shrub trimming, etc.
