GENERAL MANAGER

- Oversees all operations of Winter Green
- Outside of work David works on projects or can be found helping others complete their projects.
Tammy Kempa
CONTROLLER
- Part of our team since 2020
- Handles operations, accounting, office management, and human resources tasks.
- In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her beloved dogs, friends, and family.
Jason Tester
SALES
- Part of our team since 2019
- Provides quotes for additional work requested outside of contractual needs and oversees landscape operations.
- In his free time, he enjoys training for triathlons and marathons and spending time with his family.
Rick Katona
IRRIGATION SUPERVISOR
- Part of our team since 2013
- Oversees irrigation operations and team members.
- Outside of work Rick likes to hunt and fish.
Rick Steen
LANDSCAPE SUPERVISOR
- Part of our team since 2013
- Oversees landscape operations and team members.
- In his free time, Rick spends time with his kids or smoking something on the grill.
Kurt Schaus
LANDSCAPE DESIGNER
- Part of our team since 2024
- Oversees residential landscape design
- Outside of work, Kurt spends his time with his grandkids or in the outdoors.
Van Ciraulo
PROJECT ACCOUNTANT
- Part of our team since 2022
- Works in the office helping Tammy and whoever else needs assistance along with accounting functions.
- In her free time, Van is just as busy with her husband and kids.

- Oversee office entertainment
- Outside of work, they like to chew on their toys and run around in the yard.
